3. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company, message) in order to respond to your enquiry.
Purpose: handling your enquiry and preparing or executing a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for any data beyond what is necessary. Retention: as long as necessary to handle your request, plus any statutory retention periods (in particular under § 132 BAO and § 212 UGB).
4. Live chat
Our website offers a live chat feature. When you use it, we process the data you provide (name, email address if given, and the content of your messages) in order to respond to your enquiry in real time.
Your chat messages are stored in a database operated by us. In order to notify our support team, messages may also be forwarded to a messaging service (Telegram). No additional personal data is transmitted beyond the chat content and the name you provide.
Purpose: real-time handling of your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance). Retention: chat transcripts are retained as long as necessary to handle your request, plus any statutory retention periods.
5. Cookie consent and language preference
We store your cookie consent decision and your selected language locally in your browser (localStorage / cookie). These technologies are strictly necessary to provide the service you have explicitly chosen.
Purpose: remembering your consent choice and language. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 165(3) TKG 2021 (strictly necessary technologies).
